I took Lucas for his 3 year checkup on Wednesday, March 11th. He was sick around his birthday so I didn't schedule it then and it turns out he had the flu at this checkup! Fun times! Not sure what the point of a flu shot is but oh well. Since he didn't require any shots they went ahead and did the wellness exam.
He was 42 inches tall and weighed 38 pounds. He passed his hearing test and we filled out a developmental worksheet together that he did awesome on! I was so proud of his answers and his performance! He loved trying to balance on each foot for so many seconds! My proudest moment was when we went to the potty and he peed in a cup for me! Since he isn't fully potty trained I told them we might not have success but it was a breeze!! They tested his blood pressure and that was good and then we discussed his eyes. He is very sensitive to light and I just want to have his eyes checked so we will be going to an eye doctor in the near future.
Everything went great, except the, "he's got part A and part B flu" part!
Here is a picture of him in his new hockey skates. David said when the camera came out he wouldn't stand up! I got a good video of him in the skates but it's still on the camera so I will post it later! Goofy boy!
