Brooklyn is 2 Months and Lucas is still crazy

Brooklyn turned 2 months old on Father's Day, June 21st! As I said in a previous post, she rolled over from her stomach to her back, 2 days before the 21st! She is holding her head up good and is always working hard with her legs. She likes to stand up on you when you hold her and she also likes to lay on your legs and look at you. She laughs and smiles all the time and just makes our hearts melt! All Lucas has to do is walk up to her and she giggles.

I can't find the sheet from the doctor right now but I know she was 24 inches long and 11 lbs and 9 oz! She's gonna be a tall one like Lucas. She did very well with her shots. Oh, and if I haven't updated it, we did the ultrasound on her hip and it was normal!

As far as Lucas, he cracks us up! He is all boy and is quite the challenge but really fun too! We recently purchased Mario Kart for the Wii and he loves it! He is always asking if he is going to get the first trophy! He loves Brooklyn and besides thinking he can be as rough with her as he is with all of us, he is very good with her and very helpful to me. He always asks to hold her but then says "ok, get her off, she's heavy!" We are still struggling with the pooping in the potty. He is wearing underwear and doing very well but he either holds the poop or when we put a nighttime pullup on during naps and bedtime, he does his business then. We have been trying everything and the other day I was doing the bribery thing and telling him we would get him this, nana and papa would get him that and Ger Ger would get him so and so, he looked at me seriously and said "mom, I don't need all that stuff!" After trying to force him to poop by making him sit on the potty for long periods of time, and telling him you aren't getting up until you poop, I received this response "well, I don't like you and I'm not your friend anymore and I don't like you living at my house!" Finally, another funny was when Titan jumped in bed with him and was laying close to Lucas. Lucas looks at me and says "mommy, Titan is all up in my grill!"
