Lucas likes to move it move it...

On Monday night, February 23rd, we celebrated Lucas' 3rd birthday with a party at Pump It Up! He had his party at a Pump It Up last year and had a blast so we thought we would do it again this year. He was still coughing and carrying on but he had a great time! There were about 25 kids and a ton of adults so it was a packed party.

Lucas wanted a Madagascar themed cake and my cake lady Melanie Williams did a great job! It was so detailed and very tasty too! I also had her make cupcakes and she just did chocolate with 3's all over them. On the way there, the tub of drinks fell over on the cake and I thought I was going to have a meltdown. Luckily, it just fell on the top part above the writing. It didn't change the look or the taste so it all turned out ok!

The music was pumping and the kids were all screaming in delight, it was loud in there but children laughing and having fun is always a good sound! I didn't play like I normally do because I am pretty round and uncomfortable right now but David and his brothers and most of the other adults got in on the action.

Lucas got so many great gifts and he was so concerned that we were going to leave them at Pump It Up. He kept asking if we were going to take them to his house!! It was a great way to celebrate our big boy turning 3!
