I wasn't aware at the time how very special my time was spent on New Year's Eve, until my grandma passed away on January 12th.
Lucas and I met my mom and dad and travelled to Bowling Green to visit with my grandma Hardison, my great aunt Daisy, and my uncle Dan who was in town. I hadn't given them their Christmas gifts yet so it was a good time to do so. Lucas was a very good boy and I think everyone enjoyed the visit. My grandma looked good and we had a yummy meal and great conversation. My mom and I took a few pictures and I am so glad we got them! I will always treasure them!
The rest of the day was special too since my Vanderbilt Commodores beat Boston College in the Music City Bowl! David and I also spent time with his brother Rob watching the game and then going to see Four Christmases that night. After Lucas was asleep, David and I watched the ball drop and then watched Iron Man!
It was a great day and night!
