Lucas is a ham

As I mentioned in the previous post, Lucas was trying to get in the picture or ruin the picture David was taking of my belly. He was cracking himself and us up so I decided to turn the camera on just him. He ran back and forth as I held the camera in one spot trying to capture him. I got some cute one!

A couple of funny things he has said lately. I know there is a really funny one that I am having pregnancy brain about. If I remember it, I will add it later!

Lucas-"Mommy, who is going to play hockey with me?" Me-"I thought daddy was playing with you?" Lucas-"Daddy won't play with me, (pause) because I'm a whiner!"

They are finally digging for our community pool and we can see the diggers and everything from our bonus room window. They just started so it's just a lot of dirt movement so far. Lucas wanted me to open the blinds so he could watch the diggers. When I opened them here was our conversation.
Me-"Lucas those diggers are out there working on the pool. This summer we will be able to swim! Aren't you excited?" Lucas-"Mommy, we can't swim in dirt!"

He's into saying "because" lately. I will ask him why he doesn't want to do something or why he said something, etc. and he will say "because..." and I say "because why" and he says either, "because I said so" or my favorite "because, I am the scooby dooby doo!"
