Ah, one of my favorite songs by Rascal Flatts!
David, Jamie, Chris, Rob, Kendra and myself went to see Rascal Flatts on Friday, October 17th. Before the concert, David, Jamie, Chris and I ate downtown at Demo's. Since our 6 year anniversary was going to be on the 19th, we used this as our gift to each other. Gerry got us the hook up with a great price on the tickets and we had really good seats!
Taylor Swift opened for Rascal and I was excited to see her. About halfway through her set, I was ready for her to be done! Chris summed it up best when he said "that goober needs to get off the stage!" She sang great, it was just her performance that was VERY annoying. Too much hair shaking, gyrating, and awkward dance moves for us!!
Rascal Flatts did great as always but just like always, I felt like they didn't do enough of their songs. Of course, in reality, it's because I love all their songs off of all their cds and it's just not possible for them to sing them all. It is special that all the money raised at that concert goes to the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
I finally figured out the right setting on my camera for taking pictures at the concert and got some great ones of the boys!
It was a great adults only night out and thanks to Gerry for the ticket hook up and to my parents for keeping little man! Six years and going strong!
