The Pring Pumpkin Spooktacular 2007

Nice name huh??? On Sunday, October 28th, we had family on both sides, plus girlfriends Brooke and Kendra, a baby of a girlfriend, Hayden, a sister of a girlfriend, Trisha, and a partridge in a pear tree! It was great! There were 18 of us total and it was a beautiful day for a get together. Everyone came over around 11 and we had lots of snacks and watched the beginning of the Titan's game. We then packed up in my new van, David's new Pilot and 2 other vehicles and headed to Walden Farms. It is this great pumpkin patch about a mile from our subdivision. It's free to park and enjoy the animals and all the children's activities. We took Lucas last year and this year he was old enough to really enjoy it. Most of us went on the hayride (not free, thanks dad) but, because of the drought this year there wasn't a corn maze. We then picked out pumpkins and headed back to our house. We ate yummy chili that David made along with hot dogs, also grilled by David and cake and ice cream! Next, it was time to get serious! We headed out to the deck and started carving our pumpkins. My nephew Matt won for cleanest pumpkin. He got the inside looking sooooo nice. I think he also won for coolest pumpkin design. He did a pirate ship. We had a great day and since I took so many pictures I am trying something new, a photo montage, I hope it works. I had titles but they were with photobucket and that site stunk so I didn't have time to type them all over again for the photo montage. Only problem with the photo montage is it makes my great pictures look blurry! Man, I just can't win! Hopefully you can figure out what is going on!

Other pictures from the day include some of Lucas in his costume and also sporting a coat and tie that came from a suit that Uncle Michael got him.
