Nitro, WV

David, Lucas, Gerry and myself went to Nitro, West Virginia last weekend to visit David's grandpa Frosty and Aunt Sandy. They had not seen Lucas since he was 8 months old and boy has he changed! He did pretty good for the long car ride. We had a portable DVD player so he got to watch some DoodleBops and some Baby Einstein videos. He had a few moments but who can blame him, stuck in that car seat! We had a great visit and he was a very good boy. He wanted to explore everything but he handled it well when we kept him confined to the den of their house. He slept so good in his pack-n-play, until 9:30 both mornings! So we did too! He entertained with his Dancing with the Stars routine and all his new words. I think Frosty and Sandy really enjoyed him and we enjoyed being there! He did great on the way home and we didn't even play the DVD player!
