Because I am now 30...

I remember things even worse than I use to! I decided since I have yet to get my scrap booking stuff back out, I better put some things down in writing or on here so I don't forget them! Also, I want to get so many things on film but usually the thing I want to film stops once he sees the camera! I did put 3 other posts with pictures on her so scroll down!

-Lucas loves to dance and when he hears music, it's go time! It started when I would dance with him during Dancing with the Stars and he decided he could do it himself. He turns in a circle and gets to laughing so hard he falls down. He also loves to dance to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song and dances like Goofy. He can be in another room and if he hears music he follows it and does a little dance.
-He has been shooting at his basketball goal since we got it for him at Christmas time but nothing was ever really close. Finally, last month (14 months old) he started making them. Sometimes it's all net, sometimes it is a bank shot. We clap and cheer for him and he cheers and claps too. When he misses we say boo and he gets a huge kick out of that and has started saying it too!
-He is into kissing now! It's so sweet! He was just doing it mostly before bed, before I gave him his bottle but now if you ask him for one he will either give it to you on the lips or let you kiss him on the cheek. He does the mwaaaaaah sound too. He also does nose kisses (nose to nose) and butterfly kisses.
-He is a total ham and loves to make us laugh. He does the funniest faces and if you ask him to do his funny face he will!
-Words he can say are baby, up, mama, daddy, nana, papa, Ger Ger, Bob, boo boo, boo, car, clock, ball, dog, duck, I want that, cup, bah bah (for sheep-bah bah black sheep), he does his hand and makes a hissing noise for snake, baba for bottle, woo woo for train, he makes the ah ah ah sounds for Sesame Street's the Count, and he makes other sounds and noises that I can usually interpret what he wants when he says them.
-At 15 months he caught the little basketball we were throwing at him. He makes the motion like he is going to catch it and doesn't, then bam, he starts catching them!
-He is still a great napper (knock on wood), usually 2 a day and then sleeps all night.
-He LOVES to be outside and to take a bath, both of which get an Oooooooooooh, when you mention!
-He is a sponge and really pays attention to new things you tell him and he always tries to do or say what you are doing or saying.
-Oh, he is opening doors now! I am not happy about this! I put him in his room and shut the door so I could wet a washcloth and I turned around and he was in the bathroom with me! Nice way to discover his new talent!
-He has been trying to go down 2 or 3 steps like a big person, holding onto the railing and walking down. We have discouraged this but he is a daredevil. Tonight we were outside and he went down all 4 steps of the deck, with no problems, like a big person, holding on each step of the way!
-He is wearing size 7 shoes and 18 to 24 month clothing.
-He LOVES books!
-He points with purpose!
-If you are holding him and he leans back he does this hilarious noise and raspy laugh, I have got to get on film!
-He loves the dog and will not leave him alone, poor Titan!
-Ok, it 12:48 in the morning, enough for now!
