Brooklyn is 1 month old

On May 21st, Brooklyn was a month old! It's hard to believe that a whole month has gone by! We have given up the boob and gone to just formula. She has tummy issues so she is trying Soy now and it seems to be helping! It stinks going in and coming out! She is a good baby and sleeps really well at night! I think the only nights I truly feel like I don't get a good night sleep are when Lucas comes in our room and crawls in bed. He is a big kid and with him and Titan trying to dominate the space, it's hard to sleep! She sometimes goes the entire night without wanting to be fed and if she does wake up it's usually after I have already had 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Note to self: knock on wood later! She loves to kick her legs and wave those arms and just like Lucas, her favorite spot to do it is on the changing table! She really looks at you and checks you out, especially while she is eating. She giggles in her sleep and is smiling and not just when it's gas! I have been trying to get a smile on camera but it's hard! She follows your face and your fingers if you test her out.

Lucas loves to be around her. He is always concerned about where she is and if she is going with us when we go somewhere. He calls her "baby Brook-yen" since he still has trouble with his L's! He likes to call her his baby "want to see my baby?" He likes to show her off and talks baby talk to her. One of my favorite things is when he goes over to her and lays next to her and says "hi sweetie" or tells me "she's a cutie pie isn't she?" David calls her "Baby B" so Lucas started doing the same, so I thought. I really listened closely and he was saying "Baby Beast!" I said, Lucas, you know daddy is saying Baby B and he said, I know and then immediately starts saying "hi baby beast, you are a cutie pie"! Guess he doesn't care what daddy is saying he's got his own nickname!
