On Friday morning before she got to our house to watch Lucas, Amy called to see if she could take him to the zoo. I told her yes as long as she didn't lose him! It was a great decision! They went from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and had a blast! The only other time Lucas had been to the zoo, all the animals were hiding from us. He got to see so many with Amy. They ran into some friends of hers from church and so he had some buddies to walk around with as well! Amy took some great pictures and shared with me. I could just hear him pointing to everything in excitement and saying "ook, ookie Amy at dis biggggggg animal!"
