His Own Little Tree

I put the tree up a couple of days before Thanksgiving this year because we were going to be celebrating at my mom and dad's and, because Lucas took a big nap! I have to act when I can! Lucas is fascinated with the tree and the ornaments, especially the Titans and Predators ones! He kept taking the Titans ornament off the tree so David put it out of his reach, so we thought! I got a call from the babysitter the next day telling me that she had gone to get his socks and by the time she got downstairs he had the ornament in his hand and my Santa tree topper was on the floor broken! So, he must have grabbed a branch and pulled the ornament to him and that must have rocked the tree topper loose! She made him feel good and guilty about the broken Santa and he has pretty much avoided touching the tree since then. He still loves to look and say "pretty Christmas tree iddin it"! I decided to get him his own little tree to play with hoping he would for sure leave the big one alone. He seems to like it pretty good!
