Last week I started a new schedule at work. I am now working Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Lucas' sitter Brenda wanted to cut her days to 2 so luckily, my friend Amy (Edd Haynes' sister) wanted the job on Fridays. I originally wanted David to work from home for their first day together, just in case Lucas had a problem adjusting but, there was no need! Lucas went right to her and didn't even tell me goodbye! They had a little accident right before I got home but he is so accident prone it wasn't that big of a deal. He's fine but Amy called twice on Saturday to check on him. He hit the back of his head on the coffee table and cut it a little.
Amy took 2 cute pictures of him so I thought I would share. I will take some pictures of the 2 of them together soon and post them on here. Oh, check him out in that red outfit (from the 4th of July)! He's a little too big for this but I forgot to show Amy where his clothes that "do" fit are! He must have gotten some food on the clothes he was wearing! Too funny! It makes me want to sing "fat guy in a little coat!"

You're right, "that smile is priceless"!!! Lucas is sooo adorable. I'm glad he hit the coffee table and not the fireplace hearth. If Lucas is like most children getting a little banged up from falling every now and then is just another right of passage!
