First Trip to the Zoo

Last Wednesday, October 3rd, Lucas and I headed to the Nashville Zoo to meet Nana, Jamie, Caymin, Carson, Amber, Bryson and Jayson! I was hoping the temperature was going to be perfect since it had felt so good for the 2 previous days but, no dice! It was HOT! We walked around and saw most of the animals, ate some lunch, road the carousel and then ended at the playground. The playground had a blue padded area that the kids LOVED! Lucas kept throwing himself down and cracking up! He also picked a cute little girl out of the crowd that he kept going over to and hugging. He's so sweet! It was a fun day even though the animals were either sleeping or hiding from us and it was 100 degrees!
