On Friday, September 21st, I headed to Gallatin for the first of many events for Nikki and John's wedding weekend, the bridal luncheon. It was held at The Club at Fairvue Plantation. All the bridesmaids were there, the mothers of the bride and groom, the sisters of the groom, one of the flower girls, Nikki's aunt Maggie and Josephine, a friend of the family and wedding director! We enjoyed mimosas and lunch and then we got gifts! The bridesmaids all received a sweet card, monogrammed slippers, a monogrammed purse and some beautiful jewelry to wear with our dresses! It was a fun morning! I then got pampered at the nail salon with Nikki's sister-in-law Kelly! It's always fun to have an excuse to get the nails done!
By the way, I thought my dress looked pretty good in the mirror! Yuck, turns out my mirror is not right! Also, I didn't know Kendra was going to take an extreme closeup of me and Nikki! The camera needs to back up out of our business!

Personally, I think the person that took all these pictures is fabulous! She really captured all the beauty in everyone! he he!
The luncheon was filled with laughter, excitement and tears of joy. It was definately the beginning of a wonderful weekend!
