A Family Dinner

On Saturday night we had some of David's family over for a cookout. His great uncle and aunt Jerry and Karen were in town with their daughter Wendy, her husband Dick and their kids Kyle, Nick and Emma. Jerry and Karen are from Sarasota, FL and Wendy and her family are from Chicago. They keep in touch with Gerry and when they come to town they always want to see her and try to visit with us. We had never met Wendy and her family but you wouldn't have been able to tell. We all got along so well and had a great time! We pigged out, talked and watched the kids (including Rob and Michael) play Guitar Hero. We also broke in the dining room. No one has eaten in there yet but we did on Saturday night and it was very comfortable, never mind that I served the food on paper plates!!! It was a lot of fun and I hope they will come back again soon to visit. I was busy in the kitchen so I didn't get the camera out until the end but here are a few pictures. As you will be able to tell, one of the boys, Nick, liked to make funny faces in all the pictures!
