Are you ready for some football???

On Friday night, we went to Mt. Juliet Christian to watch our friend Jenny's son Justin Branim play football! It was Lucas' first high school game! The poor Saints got beat badly by Gordonsville but Justin played really well. Offense or defense, the announcer said his name almost every time because he was involved in every play! I think he racked up 122 yards and he was also the punter! I took a video of him on one play but will upload that later! Lucas loved the game and enjoyed watching it and the cheerleaders (he is a boy)! They also shot off fireworks and that was a big hit with him! He took a snoozer about halfway through but it might have been the score that got to him! He wore his first pair of blue jeans and some really cool kicks!!
